Bosworth M. Todd, CFA, founded the Todd-Boston Company, a predecessor firm of Todd Asset Management LLC, in 1967. During the following five decades, Mr. Todd witnessed the evolution of modern portfolio theory, multiple and varied domestic and international financial crises, global military conflicts, and a wide range of social and political events. Mr. Todd, an original architect of the firm's Price/Intrinsic Value philosophy, retired from the company on January 1, 2017.
